1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration

• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.

If false information is provided at registration and discovered later, all transactions on that account may be voided and the balance forfeited.

3 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

Dbjil is an 18+ platform. At any stage, dbjil may request documents to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport may be requested.
• Identity verification is mandatory for large withdrawal amounts.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits at dbjil can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.

• Deposits are typically credited to your balance instantly.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals are processed faster on verified accounts.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Promotional offers have an expiry date — bonuses will be forfeited once the deadline has passed.

6 Gaming Rules

• Winnings obtained through a software bug or glitch are not valid.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
